The Nexus: The Intersection of Every Craft (Open to All)

The Nexus is where all paths, mediums, and backgrounds converge. It is our “Common Ground”—an open creative circuit where a poet can sit next to a quilter, and a painter can swap ideas with a woodworker.

Open to all creators, this high-energy, inclusive gathering is built on the belief that the most brilliant creative sparks happen when different disciplines and perspectives cross-pollinate. If you’re looking for a diverse melting pot of artistic energy to motivate your practice, this is your home. Bring your laptop, your knitting needles, your sketchpad, or whatever portable project you’re currently tackling.

What to expect: Every session features casual socializing, a quick look at what everyone is making, and plenty of focused time to work on your project in a shared, inspiring environment. Writers, crafters, and artists of all skill levels are welcome.

Note: Please bring portable, clean craft supplies (sketchbooks, laptops, yarn, embroidery, etc.). Space and cleanup are limited, so please leave messy mediums like oils or wet clay at home! Occurs every fourth Tuesday.
